2 Service Description
ClipFunny AI Studio is a next-generation short-form video script generator powered by state-of-the-art Large Language Models, specifically Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet. The Service assists creators and businesses in formulating high-retention hooks, retention spikes, B-roll cues, and viral calls-to-action for platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
3 Content Ownership & Commercial Rights
100% Commercial Ownership
You own all intellectual property rights in the output scripts generated through your account. You have full freedom to monetize, publish, modify, and distribute the generated video content across any platform without royalty obligations to ClipFunny Studio Inc.
4 Acceptable Use Policy
When using ClipFunny AI Studio, you agree not to generate or distribute:
- Content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policy or applicable local/international laws.
- Hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or dangerous instructions.
- Misleading medical, legal, or financial advice intended to defraud viewers.
- Automated attacks, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt our platform infrastructure.
5 Subscription & Fair Use
Access to early beta tiers and paid subscriptions is governed by allocated generation credits. We reserve the right to enforce fair use limits to ensure high availability and sub-second generation latency for all concurrent creators.
6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our proprietary prompt architecture leverages Claude 3.5 Sonnet to maximize viewer engagement, we do not guarantee specific viewer counts, algorithm placement, or monetization success on external social platforms.
